Yes, each apartment has a small oven that can also be used as a microwave.
Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-out is possible until 10:30 AM on the day of departure.
No, we only have a limited number of parking spaces, so it is not possible to use them for longer.
From October to April, dogs are allowed on the beach all day; both loose and on a leash.
From May to October, dogs are prohibited on the beach between 10:00 and 19:00. Outside of these times, dogs are allowed; both off-leash and on a leash.
Yes, there are 1 large and 1 small towel per person. Please note; this does not include beach towels.
There is a small local supermarket approximately 50 meters from the entrance of Neptunus. For example, renowned supermarkets are located in Bergen, Egmond and Alkmaar.
If you arrive later than 17:00, you must inform us by telephone before 16:00 on 0031 (0)6 49 29 98 83 so that we can place your key in your key box. We will then send you the code for the box in a message.
Pets are allowed with us. If desired, you can bring a maximum of two pets. For this we charge a surcharge of € 10.00 per animal per night. You must pay this amount when checking in.
Apartments 101 and 107 have a full sea view and apartments 102 and 104 have a side view of the sea.
In apartment 4, the sea is visible from the terrace but not from the apartment; the beach is only a 20-metre walk from the terrace.
Apartments 101, 102, 103, 104 and 107 have a separate bedroom. The other apartments are furnished as studios.
Does the apartment complex have a lift?
There are several power outlets in the bicycle sheds so that your bicycle battery can be charged here.
You pay a surcharge for the final cleaning.
If desired, we can do an interim cleaning for you for the same surcharge of €60,-.
Yes, there are two charging stations available in our parking lot. In addition, you can also use various public charging stations in the vicinity.
If desired, we can provide you with a clean linen package; for this you pay €15,-

Apartments 1 to 6 have a private terrace. In apartments 2 to 6, it is directly adjacent to the apartment. In apartment 1, the private terrace is approximately 5 metres from the front door.
Yes, the beds are provided with clean sheets. You pay a one-off surcharge for this.
There is a Nespresso Inissia machine in the apartment.
You will receive 2 capsules from us once, but we will not replenish the stock. The capsules can be purchased in all supermarkets.
